DR Power Equipment is seeking a motivated staff accountant to work within our finance group, in our Vergennes, Vermont, facility. This position will perform a variety of accounting tasks from entering accounts payable through preparing financial statements including journal entries, GL account reconciliation, month end close, receivables, payables, fixed assets, and assistance with audits.
Education/Experience:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years progressive GL experience, excellent understanding of GAAP, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and eager to learn and grow.
