For Sale: A rare and unique pair of Klipsch Cornwall Loudspeakers. They are finished in Hard Rock Maple with Cane Grills, these also have the rare Vertical Horn orientation so that they can be laid on there sides. These speakers are incredibly efficient at 98db @ 1M with 1 Watt input. The bass response is stellar and the articulate detail of the horns is amazing. You can run these with flea powered tube amps. The finish is in excellent condition with very minor wear for being 26 years old. The cane grills are in good shape with some pulls and one had some staining which I tried my best to remove (I bought them that way years ago). The aging motor run oil filled caps have been replaced with better poly and film and foil versions and all the original lamp cord internal wiring has been upgraded with new wire and new gold plated spade lugs connecting to the crossover network.

A new pair of Cornwall III's will cost you $3500 and have to be special ordered from a Klipsch Dealer.

This set of speakers is louder/clearer than you expect. Look closely at the 2 side speakers - there are two individual cones within each speaker, not to mention each speaker is adjustable, making it easy to throw sound upward into a room. I'll be honest: there are a few minor scuffs on the plastic covering on one of the speakers (not near actual cone so does not effect sound) and remote has a few scuffs, but still works. Remote has following buttons: on/off, volume +/-, treble +/-, bass +/-, default, and loud. I'd be happy to demonstrate them before you buy.
