Reiki involves the transfer of healing energy in the universe to the client. It is YOUR body and spirit that will use that energy in the ways that you most need it. I also teach tarot reading. Tarot is a useful, organized system for looking at current energetic patterns so that you can make good choices. It's a very beautiful system, too -- writers, artists, and musicians find it gives them tremendous creative stimulus. While I can tutor 1-1, you really will learn better if you have at least one other person to work with. Cost is somewhat dependent on time, travel and number of people The usual fees are in the range of $25-30/hour for one person; in a class of 3-5, it's $15/hour per person. You can use a party an an intro for you and your friends. At a Tarot Party, there will be an overview of how the deck is set up, a chance to look at several decks, a couple of "example" readings, and short readings for all -- as well as whatever else happens at your parties. I'm a blues guitar player from Chicago, new to Vermont. I'm living in the Newport area, and have experience teaching guitar at almost all levels. I can also teach many different styles, or just basic guitar/music theory.

But, I'm a blues guitarist through and through, so ideally this would be what students who are looking to get into blues, or just get some better chops would most likely get the most out of. We can talk more about the lessons over the phone, but basically when I say blues, I'm talking Buddy Guy, Otish Rush, The Kings (Freddy, Albert, B.B.) in that vain. Electric or acoustic is fine by me.

We can look at blues as a form of music, and branch out from there, playing lead guitar, solo, scales, chords, whatever.

Also, if you are a totally new player and don't have a guitar, I can provide one for the lessons. That is fine with me, electric or acoustic.

I'm not looking for any outrageous price also. I basically want to find a few students (all levels welcome) to work with and help advance as guitar players. I have a passion for music, especially blues, and sharing that with anyone, regardless of skill level is a great thing.

Lessons run 1 hour, and are a flat $20.00.
