<description><![CDATA[I have some acreage on Call Street in Lake Luzerne which I have no use for any more and would like to see someone get some use out of it. I have tried various options, but here's one I haven't tried yet. How about a long term lease or limited partnership? This land can be used for parking a camper on (and maybe renting it out?) or possibly setting up a few self storage units. I am thinking that I can do this for a very paltry (cool word, huh?) sum of $100.00 per month. Keep in mind that I live 3000 miles away from there, so if we form some kind of partnership, it would have to be monitored closely and we could possibly do some sort of "sweat equity" deal. It's not too tough to do this, by the way. Any decent lawyer (is there any such thing?) can write up a simple agreement. Should you decide you want to buy it somewhere down the line, I am even willing to take payments if necessary (though you could buy this with a credit card). It adjoins other property that belongs to the State along the river (steep bank to walk down, but nice and private), so it's a nice spot for fishing. There is a power line crossing the property, but no water or sewer now. It's about a half acre, but much of it is unuseable (unless you are a mountain goat). You can get whatever information you need if you're interested. It would make a great spot to rent out as a weekend getaway within a few miles of West Mountain and Lake George. And please don't ask me if you can build a house on it. I had to add this because I got so many emails from people thinking that they could build a house on a parcel of land that they are going to purchase for such a ridiculously low price. Frankly, I don't think I want someone like that as a partner. This is not a buildable lot. If you send me an email, I can send you a link and instructions to get to a place that should easily answer most of your questions. UPDATE: Tell you what...why don't we just partner up and you can work on it and get it set up for your use in exchange for a very minimal rent to cover taxes and insurance. I don't really need to sell it anyway. I just want someone to enjoy it. We could also start with a couple storage units together and build it up from that point over time.]]></description>
