I am looking for a room mate to share a 2 bedroom apartment with, starting August 1st.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a house near the corner of south union and spruce street.

2 bedroom, 900 Square feet, 1 bathroom, hardwood floors, tile bathroom and kitchen, gas stove, gas heat, dish washer, laundry included. Off street parking. Walk to UVM, Champlain College, Hospital, Downtown, lake and bike path.
