Roosevelt Park is located at the end of the street and the Route 127 bike path is just a block past that. St. Louis Street is a quiet residential street and a 10 minute walk or quick bike ride to downtown.

Rent is $400 due on the first of the month and tenants pay gas, electricity, trash, cable and internet that come out to between $60 and $100 a month, depending on the season. The apartment is well insulated and stays warm without turning the heat high.

The ideal roommate would be clean, respectful, and responsible; has a good history of paying rent on time; is interested in taking over a lease until August 31, 2010; and is willing to partake in fun events like iron chef with friends, making dinner with roommates every once and while, and is not opposed to hosting the occasional party!
