We are a family of 4 looking to swap our house in exchange for a house/condo/beach house near Old Orchard Beach.
We are located 5 minutes from Montpelier, about 45 minutes to Burlington and 2 hours to Downtown Montreal.
1 King size bed, 1 queen bed, 2 cribs, deck with gazebo and hot tub and a fenced in play area for kids!
