First floor:

Front, covered raised porch, entry room which allows you to store ski equipment, etc. Hallway, with ample storage for coats. Front Bedroom with twin bed, futon (full bed) night stand, dresser and closet, Master bedroom with Full/Queen bed, 2 night stands, dresser, closet, linen closet, and door/access to full sized washer and dryer There is cable connected television in Master Bedroom. Please use natural, low phosphate washing machine detergent. 2 full bathrooms on this floor - Hall accessed bathroom with a tub bath and Master Bath with an enlarged stall shower. Both bathrooms have towels .(please bring your own toiletries incl. toilet paper, soap, etc.) Washer and dryer is on first floor off the master bedroom. Please bring washing machine detergent for your use. There is also an Iron/Ironing Board and Vacuum in front closet.

Second Floor:

Kitchen with basics for cooking. Dinette with Dining Room table, Living Room/Great Room with Cathedral Ceiling, a Center Fireplace and a 8' sliding door from great room to 2nd story deck, to allow for private dining outside, etc. 2 Loungers on deck for sun bathing in warm weather. Deck size is 150 square feet +-. Living Room has TV, VCR and DVD, Cable connected. Please bring dishwashing detergent for dishwasher. (Kitchen includes: Range, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Sink with spray nozzle and full sized refrigerator)

Third Floor:

Loft with 2 twin beds, and a skylight, chair and dresser, ample lighting, carpeted with a 3' skylight between the 2 beds. (carpeted throughout)

Home has individual thermostatically controlled heat throughout home. Separate rock lined hot water heater. Open Parking - Snow Removal - Plowing - Mowing - Leaf Collection - All provided by the Association. When you depart, lower the thermostats to away mode, verify fireplace damper is closed and turn off all lights. You will be asked to return key to our cleaning manager at end of stay or return it to us. Before your stay, you will receive a key which opens the front exterior door.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Microwave, Pots, Pans, Flatware, Dishes, Mugs, Glassware and Utensils.

Each guest should bring items such as Tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic bags, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.

All garbage should be removed and emptied daily in dumpster at our condo community. All food should be removed at end of stay. Clean out refrigerator and freezer.

We want your stay to be enjoyable. This is a 25 year old 3 story semi attached town home on the Mountain. Plenty of hot water, full size washer and dryer and everything as listed .

Great Winter Sport Condo, perfect for friends or family to share, minutes from Mount Snow, Vermont with private ski trail home.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a loft. It is located 1 mile from the Main Base just off Handle Road in Bears Crossing. You can take a short (free) 5 minute shuttle to the mountain all day, and ski home on the condo's private trail for lunch and at the end of the day.

As far as the layout of the space, you enter the condo through a mudroom with racks to hang your skis, poles, and boards along with shelving for boots. There are also dozen or so hooks for coats. The bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with two dressers, tv/dvd and a washer and dryer, along with the master bath. The second bedroom is two twin beds, a full bed (sleeps 2), and closet. The second floor is a large open concept. A large eat-in kitchen with plenty of seating, a new stove, newer refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, and pots and pans. The living room has a fireplace (stocked with wood), two large sofas, and a TV/DVD. The loft has four twin beds, a large skylight, a large dresser, and half a dozen hooks. There is also a deck off the living room but it usually has too much snow on it to utilize during ski season. There is firewood right outside the front door and plenty of parking.

The rates are as follows:

Any night prior to Christmas is $200/ night.
Christmas week (December 25 - Jan 2� check out by 2 pm on 1/2/10) $2200 $350 per night (3 night minimum)

January, February, March (excluding holiday periods) Any weeknight (Sunday through Thursday): $200 per night (2 night minimum)
January, February, March-weekends (excluding holiday periods): $300/ night (2 night minimum)

Presidents weekend (February 12 � 15): $350 per night, February 15-21: $300 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekly Rental (Feb 12 � 21): $2700

All rentals require 50% deposit at time of booking, and balance paid two weeks prior to occupancy. A $500 security deposit is required prior to occupancy.

We are in the heart of the Green Mountains between Killington and Stratton/Bromley. We have beautiful (spectacular!!) views off to the west and northwest (great sunsets). Our cottage sits on a hill surrounded by stately maples and open pastures. It sits at 2100 feet above sea level and overlooks a lake with a 75 mile view across the mountains of Vermont and into New York State (we see the highest mountain in NY). We are one mile from Star Lake which has a beach and boat access. The cottage is very private being surrounded by 180 acres of our land, and hundreds more acres of friends, family and the State of Vermont. We have our own trail network for hiking, snowshoeing and xc skiing, and there's lots of other hiking all around the town and local area. On our land across the road from the cottage there are four beaver ponds that string along a brook that runs into Star Lake.

Although private, this house is in the heart of the Vermont ski and tourist area so there are lots of restaurants, shops, and activities within 5 to 10 miles (Mt. Holly, Ludlow, Weston, etc.)

Well, we're finally making the difficult transition 'back to the land called work' after our awesome visit to your 'bit of heaven on earth'. Hello and Happy Fall and Winter! I have a wonderful old hill farm that I would like to rent to vacationers in lower Danville on the Water Andric, also known as the Brook. It is a well preserved old farm house with four bedrooms and we have a king, queen, full and pullout double and three twins. Each room is tastefully decorated using period antiques and very warm and cozy linens. The kitchen is well equipped with seating for 10 and dishes for the same. Fresh and home baked breakfast provisions are available for weekenders and additional meals can be arranged for additional costs and pre menu planning, I make a mean CHicken Pot Pie!..There is a locked garage with a electric door opener for your vehicle or sleds and also a large barn for more sleds if need be. The house is 100 feet off the road which is plowed daily by the town and we plow the driveway after each storm. The house is 2.7 miles in from route 5 in Passumpsic and 5 miles to Route 91 and 93. There are three heating sources to prepare for any winter suprises, with a fireplace in one bedroom, a parlor stove in another bedroom and a big fireplace in the living room , all in addtion to forced heat and a Rinaii. Upstairs there is a large den with a big TV and lots of books and games with comfy couches to relax and be together through your long weekend. Canines welcome as long as they do not damage anything and a small deposit per dog is required. We have a stall shower and a clawfoot tub and again supply all linens and lovely local soaps. We do ask that you remain smoke free in our home, although there is a screened in furnished porch off the living room for your use, while chilly, its an experience to listen to the rushing brook and warms up quite nicely on a sunny day. My wife and I along with 3 kids went earlier this year and had a BLAST. We ended out getting 2 rooms which is an option as well if a 2 bedroom isn't available although it will be more expensive to do multiple rooms. Never left the resort. The house has just been re-painted and includes hardwood floors, incredible views out of every window, two wood stoves, two bedrooms (sleeps two per), full bath with shower/bathtub, large country kitchen, queen size sleep-sofa in living room. House can accomodate 6 in beds but there�s plenty of space for others with sleeping bags and air mattresses. There are also propane heaters in each room but the wood stoves will keep you cozy at 25 below.

The rustic cabin in the woods will sleep up to 4 people in bunks, wood stove, small inside privy with composting toilet, spring water access just outside, and a breathtaking views of mountains.

The property offers access to endless miles of private trails for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding and sliding. If you are not a sledder, there is still plenty of winter fun to be had here.
